Joseph Jestes – Photographer

Colorado Event Photographer
For almost two decades I have been creating images of everything from corporate events & weddings, family portraits to product photography for small businesses. I have served as staff photographer for several publications and a contributing photographer for many others.

In addition to holding an Associate’s Degree in Photography I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Commercial Photography. Continuing education is very important to me and my Bachelor of Fine Arts has been a long-term personal goal. This keeps pushing my photographic boundaries as well as creating new challenges for me in and outside of photography as work allowing me to explore the medium as purely art, which is absolutely brilliant.

Outside of photography my wife Lauren and I keep a small garden, a flock of hens for eggs, foster many dogs. We love to travel, usually surrounding food & wine related events. We have a small, collection (fleet) of vintage Italian scooters, something that I have been passionate about for the last 25 years.

As a Colorado native absolutely love being outdoors in this amazing state. We love to take our dogs camping and for the occasional hike. We have fostered over thirty dogs for the Denver Dumb Friends League, The Rocky Mountain Great Dane Rescue and the Doberman Rescue of Colorado, which we have also been volunteering with for a little over ten years.

Here are a few of the amazing clients that I have been privileged enough to create photographs with over the years.
